1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide except to the following regions where shipping is currently unavailable due to logistics restrictions.
Unavailable regions:Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Bahamas
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over USD $79.99.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.
Note: We may offer site-wide free shipping promotions during sale seasons. Stay tuned for updates.
3. Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
(Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)
1. Order Processing: 2–5 business days
(Some handcrafted rosary designs may require 6–10 business days to produce.)
2. Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
Orders placed in the evening will be processed on the next business day.
4. Wrong Shipping Information
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or contact details, please contact our customer service within 2 hours after placing your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Once the parcel has been shipped, we are unable to change or redirect the address.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.
6. Why is my tracking information not updating?
After your parcel is handed over to the carrier, it may take 3–5 days for the tracking information to update.
This is normal for international shipments as the package travels to the international sorting center. Please rest assured and allow a few days for updates to appear.
7. What if my package doesn’t arrive?
If you do not receive your order within 60 days after shipment, please contact us.
After verification, we will resend your order or issue a full refund.
