Return & Exchange Policy
At BlessingTree, every piece is created with care and meaning. We want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@blessingtreeshop.com with your order number to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Items We Cannot Accept
Because our products are worn close to the body, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept any item that has been worn, used, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons, including but not limited to:
- Changed your mind
- Ordered by mistake
- No longer needed
- Did not like the style or color
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We offer a 30-day quality guarantee from delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will take care of it for you.
5. Return Shipping
For eligible (unworn) returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our error, we will cover it.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and condition requirements as returns. Contact us first and we'll help arrange it.
8. Order Cancellation
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account, then contact your card issuer — processing can take additional time. If you've done this and still haven't received it, email contact@blessingtreeshop.com.
