Return & Refund Conditions
1. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2.Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.We cannot accept items that have been opened, worn, damaged, or altered. If the item you received is defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product received.
3. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.You must email our support team to submit a return request, and we will provide the return address by email.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the corresponding logistics cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. Our after-sale warranty period is 14 days from the date of delivery (based on tracking information). If you discover a quality issue within this period, please contact us with photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement after verification. Please keep all packaging materials until your case is resolved.
Return & Refund Process
1. Email us first at contact@blessingtreeshop.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Our team will respond as soon as possible.
2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Returns are accepted only if the product and packaging are intact and do not affect resale.
3. Ship the parcel using your preferred courier service and provide the tracking number and tracking website to us.
4. Inspection and refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
3. Contact your bank, since processing delays can occur.
